Our services
Anxiety and Relationship Therapy
Anxiety and relationship struggles often go hand in hand.
At Good Life Counseling, we help clients understand the deeper roots of their worry, stress, and disconnection so they can experience more peace within themselves and in their relationships. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop new ways of relating—to your thoughts, your body, and the people you love.
Trauma Healing Modalities
Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®)
A light- and color-based therapy that helps the brain quickly process emotional distress and promote deep, lasting healing.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
A research-supported approach using eye movements or bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess trauma and reduce emotional reactivity.
Brainspotting
A focused mind-body method that uses eye positions to access and release the brain’s stored emotional and physical pain for more complete healing.
Parts Work
Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) is a therapeutic approach based on the understanding that the mind is made up of different subparts or aspects of the self, each carrying its own emotions, needs, and roles. These parts often develop in response to life experiences and can become conflicted or burdened over time. Through Parts Work, clients learn to identify and compassionately engage with these inner parts, fostering integration rather than internal conflict. This process supports emotional regulation, reduces reactivity, and promotes a greater sense of coherence and self-leadership.
Nervous System Regulation
Nervous system regulation involves learning how to calm and balance the body’s stress response so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control. Through practical tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, body awareness, and grounding techniques, clients learn to recognize when their nervous system is activated and how to gently bring it back into balance. Strengthening this mind-body connection supports emotional stability, resilience, and overall well-being.
“A good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
