Clinical Supervisor, Owner of Good Life Counseling

Sarah Walters, MA

Sarah has spent the past sixteen years professionally exploring the art and science of human transformation—helping people turn struggle into strength, and pain into purpose. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we learn to see ourselves and our stories with compassion. When that shift happens, something powerful unfolds: the way we experience life—inside and out—begins to change.

Sarah helps clients reorient toward life’s challenges with clarity and curiosity, discovering new ways to move through what once felt stuck or overwhelming. As perspective changes, so do patterns. Joy, ease, and a renewed sense of connection begin to take root.

Her integrative approach blends evidence-based practices with an attuned, relational presence. Drawing from Parts Work, EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapies, and Systems Theory, Sarah supports clients in reprogramming the brain and body toward coherence, calm, and wholeness. Her work fosters harmony within—and, naturally, harmony in relationships and life.

Nikki Klinglesmith, MA

Nikki believes that compassion and curiosity are essential ingredients for growth and healing. Her therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and deeply relational, grounded in the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. She sees her role as a facilitator and encourager—someone who offers a steady, non-judgmental presence as clients bravely step into the work of therapy.

In sessions, Nikki creates a space where clients can experience genuine compassion, connection, and care. Her hope is that through this process, individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns, leading to deeper self-understanding, healing, and healthier relationships.

Nikki takes an integrative approach to therapy, thoughtfully weaving together multiple modalities and theoretical perspectives to meet each client’s unique needs. While her work is informed by a Christian worldview, she honors and welcomes clients from all spiritual, cultural, and personal backgrounds. She is committed to cultivating her own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness so she can walk alongside others with authenticity and integrity.

Nikki works with individuals, couples, and families. Her areas of focus include life transitions, relational stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. As a mother, she also has a special passion for supporting parents as they navigate the challenges and joys of caring for their families.
